If you are registered under any license or subscription plan, we retain your personal information for the duration of your active use of the Services. Upon expiration or termination of the license, your data will be deleted from our systems within 60 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Subscription Plans & Billing
Vizenta AI is an AI-powered talent management platform developed and operated by Realcoderz Inc. Realcoderz Inc was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia, USA, with a Global Delivery and Innovation Center in Noida, India.
Auto-Renewal : All subscriptions auto-renew by default. At the end of each billing cycle, thesubscription renews for a subsequent period of the same duration and fees arecharged to the payment method on file. Cancel before the renewal date to avoidbeing charged for the next period.
Payment Terms : All fees are due and payable in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Ifa payment fails, Vizenta reserves the right to suspend access without priornotice and may reattempt collection for up to 15 days. If payment is notreceived within this grace period, the subscription will be terminated. Allfees are quoted in the currency specified at purchase; the Client isresponsible for any applicable taxes.
Price Changes : Vizenta may modify pricing at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the nextbilling cycle, with at least 30 days’ advance notice to the Client.
Strict No-Refund Policy
IMPORTANT : All fees paid to Vizenta are strictlynon-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, billing cycles, andpayment methods without exception.
No Refunds for Subscriptions : Oncea subscription fee has been charged, it is final and non-refundable —regardless of partial use, non-use, mid-cycle cancellation, dissatisfaction,change in business needs, technical issues under resolution, or migration to acompeting service.
No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds : Vizentadoes not offer partial, pro-rata, or proportional refunds for any unusedportion of a billing period. If cancelled mid-cycle, the Service remains activeuntil the end of the current period, but no refund is issued.
No Refunds on Downgrades or Prepaid Plans : Plandowngrades do not trigger refunds; the difference is forfeited and thedowngrade takes effect next cycle. Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly prepaidamounts are non-refundable under any circumstances, including earlycancellation, business closure, or force majeure.
No Refunds for Custom Development & Professional Services : Allfees for custom development, integrations, configuration, or professionalservices (“Customization Services”) are strictly non-refundable, whether thework is fully completed, partially completed, or discontinued by the Client.Customization Services require dedicated allocation of engineering, design, andproject management resources. Once work commences, these costs are incurredregardless of whether the Client chooses to continue. No refund — full,partial, or pro-rata — shall be issued for any reason.
Terminated Accounts : IfVizenta terminates a subscription due to Terms of Service violation, platformmisuse, non-payment, or any other breach, no refund will be issued for theremaining period or prepaid amounts.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel : TheClient may cancel at any time by submitting a written request via email tocontact@vizenta.ai, through the designated account manager, or via the clientdashboard (if available). Verbal requests are not accepted.
Effect of Cancellation : Uponcancellation: (a) the Service remains active until the end of the currentbilling period; (b) no refund is issued; (c) the subscription will not renew;(d) the Client retains data access for 30 days after the billing period ends,after which data may be permanently deleted.
Service Availability
Vizenta targets a minimum uptime of 99.5% excluding scheduled maintenance and forcemajeure. Temporary downtime does not constitute grounds for a refund. In theevent of extended outages exceeding SLA thresholds, Vizenta may, at its solediscretion, offer service credits toward future billing — these are not cashrefunds.
Dispute Resolution
For any billing disputes, the Client must first contact contact@vizenta.ai. Vizentawill address concerns within 15 business days. If unresolved, either party mayescalate to mediation or arbitration per applicable law. The Client agrees notto initiate chargebacks without first exhausting internal resolution;unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collectionaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizenta shall not be liable for indirect,incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits,revenue, data, or business opportunities. Vizenta’s total liability shall notexceed the total amount paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding theevent giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreedin writing.
Modifications
Vizenta may amend this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to thewebsite. Material changes to refund or cancellation terms will be communicatedvia email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutesacceptance of the revised Policy.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in fullforce. This Policy, together with any applicable Service Level Agreement,constitutes the entire agreement between Vizenta and the Client regarding itssubject matter.
